These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website https://globovibes.com (the "Site") and our music distribution services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

• You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and for keeping it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

• GloboVibes distributes the music content you upload ("Content") to digital service providers (DSPs) such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and others.
• You retain full ownership of your Content. By using our Services, you grant GloboVibes a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute, reproduce, and promote your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
• You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and distribute the Content, including any samples, features, and cover art.
• Delivery times to DSPs may vary and are not guaranteed.

• Certain Services are offered on an annual subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring annual charges to your payment method until you cancel.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change subscription fees with prior notice.

Royalties earned from the distribution of your Content will be paid to you according to the payout terms communicated at signup. GloboVibes may withhold payments to comply with tax obligations or to investigate suspected fraudulent activity.

You agree not to upload or distribute Content that:

• Infringes any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right;
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or unlawful material;
• Is fraudulent, misleading, or contains artificially generated streams or fake engagement;
• Violates any applicable law or DSP guidelines.

We reserve the right to remove Content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and other materials on the Site (excluding user Content) are the property of GloboVibes or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we may remove your Content from DSPs.

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GloboVibes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GloboVibes, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to GloboVibes' principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
